Asset Management

Asset Management

The integrated technological solutions allow the management of the end customer’s corporate assets (Safety & Security services are offered to the primary customer by the Wikom customer).

The solutions that allow asset management aim to offer the management of technological assets to prevent and protect risks aimed at people and company assets.

The system offers the management of technological systems, from their census, installation, to their periodic maintenance which follows maintenance plans. Extraordinary evolutionary and corrective maintenance is also included.

The implemented solutions are designed to control the information relating to each individual component of the specific system and meet the needs of the regulations in force.

In particular, the solutions are related to plant maintenance records , such as:

  • Fire prevention UNI 11224
  • Anti-intrusion CEI 79-3
  • Video surveillance CEI EN 62676

In order to prevent criminal or involuntary acts and to protect people and property, the system allows constant and proactive monitoring. The latter is more effective if it is enriched with modules for alarm monitoring, video surveillance and the multimedia elements received (for example snapshots, video clips).

The system also allows the reception of reports from resources in the field for inspection services, to represent any anomalies, critical issues, and maintenance requests.

At the same time, the intervention teams closest to the place involved in the event can be identified and tasked with intervening according to specific skills (for example armed surveillance, fire surveillance, technical maintenance and installation service).

The 12 advantages of an effective corporate asset:

1.

Monitor the efficiency of the systems (real-time fault detection and alarms).

2.

Check periodic maintenance plans (e.g. preventative maintenance).

3.

Manage extraordinary interventions (for example corrective maintenance) in the shortest possible time.

4.

Manage evolutionary maintenance.

5.

Comply with current legislation (for example mandatory replacements of IRAI components).

6.

Multi-supplier management (fire surveillance, maintenance of fire and extinguishing systems, maintenance of fire prevention equipment, technical teams for electrical systems, air conditioning, cleaning).

7.

Mandatory maintenance records.

8.

Potential predictive analysis of component malfunction/failure.

9.

Combined with Lizzy it allows the instant management of alarm signals, faults, etc.

10.

Combined with Molly, it gives a precise indication of the location of each asset.

11.

Combined with EPO (Sabanet), it provides detailed information on the life of the asset (item) and the data related to it.

12.

Combined with EPG it also exposes information to the End Customer in real time.
